Community Involvement
Growing with Intention
Rooted in Connection
As a therapist, I see how often women carry anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion quietly long before they ever reach out for therapy. Community spaces are often where those struggles first show up.
Being involved locally allows me to:
Support women and helpers earlier, not just in crisis
Reduce stigma around anxiety and mental health care
Offer education and tools outside of the therapy room
Build meaningful relationships with other providers who care deeply about their clients
Community involvement is not about visibility for its own sake, it’s about showing up in ways that make support easier to find.
