I’m Laura, a psychotherapist and licensed independent clinical social worker offering online therapy for women in Washington. I help women who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, and the mental load of motherhood.

If you’re in a postpartum season, feeling stuck in your head, or exhausted from trying to hold it all together, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

In our work together, you’ll learn to quiet the inner critic, set boundaries without guilt, and come back to yourself with more ease and self-trust.

who I work with

I work with women who are kind, thoughtful, and often really hard on themselves.

There may be thoughts you don’t want to say out loud—the ones that carry shame, fear, or guilt. I hold space for those too.

You’re not here for surface-level advice. You want real, honest support from someone who gets how heavy it can all feel—and who can help you move through it with compassion and care.

You show up as your full self, even when that self feels messy or unsure. And you can expect me to do the same.

Therapy with me is transparent, direct, and caring. The time we spend together is focused on you and where you want to go. I use some humor and also don't shy away from observations. My goal is to create a space where you feel like we can do the best work together to achieve your goals, ugly cry if that’s where it goes, and get down to what you need most that week.
