I’m a licensed clinical social worker and therapist providing online therapy to women in Washington. I specialize in empowering perfectionists to break free from self-doubt and build self-esteem, so they can live more authentic, confident, and fulfilling lives.

You deserve to live the life you want. In our work together, you’ll learn to set healthy boundaries, identify and prioritize your needs and wants without guilt, and be present in the life you want. who I work with

I work with women who are motivated, curious, and hopeful. You are interested in therapy to gain insight and make forward progress toward the life you want. You're often busy (and a little burned out) so you are looking for a caring and real therapist to dig into the stuff keeping you stuck. You acknowledge that therapy is a commitment and work- not a quick fix. You're here for the funny moments and hard moments. You show up authentically and expect the same from me.

Therapy with me is transparent, direct, and caring. The time we spend together is focused on you and where you want to go. I use some humor and also don't shy away from observations. My goal is to create a space where you feel like we can do the best work together to achieve your goals, ugly cry if that’s where it goes, and get down to what you need most that week.
