FAQ’s

  • I see people on a weekly basis to start. Session frequency may decrease to bi-weekly then monthly based on symptom improvement and treatment goals.

  • I am not contracted with any insurance companies. Depending on your eligibility, your insurance provider may reimburse you for a substantial part of my fee as an out-of-network provider. I do provide clients with itemized superbills upon request.

    Please contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network coverage for individual psychotherapy (CPT codes to reference are 90791 and 90837 with 95 modifier).

    All new and existing clients will be given a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of services in line with the "No Surprises Act".

  • All appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. You can notify me via voicemail or email.

    Full session fee will be charged for all late cancellation and missed appointments.

    Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

    A credit or debit card is required to be kept on file.

    All major credit cards andFSA/HSA are accepted.

  • Therapy will be based on your goal(s). We will be checking in regularly on the progress toward achieving those goals in session and adjust as needed.
